After many years of working in the property industry and not finding the level of service we expected nor the flexibility we needed from our cleaning and maintenance providers, we decided to take matters into our own hands and set up our own business – Chartwell Services Limited was born.

We truly understand what our customers want as we have been the customer ourselves. We provide truly bespoke solutions across six areas: office cleaning, residential cleaning, maintenance, short let exit cleaning, carpet cleaning and internal redecoration. Our clients are located across central London, many of them occupying Grade I and II listed properties, requiring extra-special care. The work we do is very highly regarded and we are proud to say that most of our newest clients have come to us on the recommendation of our existing clients.
All our people are fully insured and fully trained in industry best practice techniques. They all also, perhaps most importantly to us, take great pride in their work.
